Clubs/Groups

Frisco Lakes has over 100 different Clubs and Groups that are open to all residents. Most of our Clubs and Groups fall into one of the categories below:

Crafts/Hobbies – Quilting, Knitting, Painting, Jewelry Making, Scrapbooking, Photography, etc.
Games – Canasta, Mah Jongg, Poker, Bridge, Euchre, Dominoes, etc.
Neighborhoods – each Neighborhood has it’s own group that plans events for residents of that specific neighborhood
Miscellaneous – Conservative Coalition, Alliance of Progressive Voters, Lifelong Learning, etc.
Social/Support – Cars, Happy Hour, Singles, Supper, etc.
Sports/Fitness – Pickleball, Bocce, Tennis, Men’s Golf, Women’s Golf, Bowling, Ping Pong, etc.
Travel/Regional – Bucket List Travel Group, RV Group, Motorcycle Group, Various state groups, etc.

Frisco Lakes has many clubs and groups created by residents to provide opportunities for a variety of activities. Groups get together to study, to play card games, domino games, and mah jongg, to work on crafts such as jewelry making and various art forms.

Groups also give a chance for people with common experiences to get together. There are groups for people who have lived in various states or areas of the country or who enjoy traveling in an RV. If a resident does not find what they are looking for, they are welcome to start a group for like-minded people.
