Frisco Lakes is a growing residential area for Active Adults

Currently, Frisco Lakes is fully built out and has 3,019 privately owned homes.  Frisco Lakes is located entirely within the city limits of Frisco, Texas, which is a northern suburb of Dallas, Texas. It is within Denton County. The residential areas within Frisco Lakes are further divided into what we call neighborhoods.  Each neighborhood has its own social activities to help neighbors meet neighbors.

Residents enjoy an active lifestyle which includes a variety of games, crafts, travel groups, social groups, and team and individual sports.  A list of some of the clubs and groups in the community is shown in our Clubs/Groups tab on this site.  There are community wide activities such as our New Year's Eve Celebration, neighborhood events for people residing near each other, as well as club and group activities.

The Frisco Lakes Golf Course is located within Frisco Lakes, but it is not owned by the Frisco Lakes Community Association.
