The documents available on this page include the legal document which establish and govern the Frisco Lakes Homeowners Association. It is important that anyone moving to the community understand the standards expected of residents and the governing process. As a resident you can be a part of the governing process by joining a committee yourself and sharing your expertise and you can stay informed by looking at the documents produced by all the committees and the board.
