Leasing Restrictions

Frisco Lakes has restrictions that prohibit new lease properties.  An amendment to the CC&Rs prohibiting new rental and lease properties in Frisco Lakes became effective as of January 30, 2023.  For more details on Amendment 10, view the CC&Rs by clicking HERE.

For existing rental or leased properties in Frisco Lakes, there are minimum requirements for leases.  Please check these requirements by clicking HERE. 

For Lease or For Rent signs are prohibited in Frisco Lakes.  For Sale signs in Frisco Lakes must meet certain criterion to be accepted.  Please access a description of these requirements by clicking HERE.

Estate Sale Requirements
